2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by united-domains AG, Gautinger Straße 10, 82319 Starnberg, Germany. When you visit the website, the server automatically records information transmitted by your browser (server log files): IP address, date and time of access, the page or file requested, the amount of data transferred, the previously visited page (referrer), browser type and version, and the operating system used.
This data is technically necessary to display the website to you and to ensure its stability and security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in the secure and error-free operation of the website. The data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted once the hosting provider’s retention period has expired. We have concluded a data processing agreement with united-domains pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
3. SSL/TLS encryption
For security reasons, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in your browser’s address bar.
4. Cookies, fonts and external services
We do not set any cookies ourselves, do not store any data in your browser and do not use any analytics or tracking tools. All fonts are hosted locally on our server. No connection to third-party servers (e.g. Google) is established when you visit the website – this only happens if you choose to load a YouTube video (see section 8).
5. Contact by email and waiting list
If you contact us by email or ask by email to be added to a ticket waiting list, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address and the content of your message) in order to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your request relates to a contract (e.g. a ticket purchase), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest lies in responding to your enquiry. We delete your data as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
6. Newsletter
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your email address solely to send you information about our concerts and events. The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
We use the Brevo service provided by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, to send the newsletter. Your data is stored on Brevo’s servers; we have concluded a data processing agreement with Brevo pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. Brevo may analyse whether a newsletter was opened and which links in it were clicked, so that we can improve our newsletters. For further information, please see Brevo’s privacy policy.
You can unsubscribe at any time, for example via the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter or by emailing us. Your data will then be deleted. To ensure that you receive no further newsletters, your email address may be kept on a block list (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
7. Links to social networks
Our website links to our profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube. These are simple links, not embedded content or plug-ins: no data is transferred to these networks when you visit our website. Only when you click on a link do the respective provider’s privacy policies apply.
8. YouTube videos
Our website embeds videos from the YouTube platform, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) together with a two-click solution: unless you click “Load video”, no connection to YouTube is established and no data is transferred to Google.
Only when you load the video is a connection to YouTube’s servers established. In particular, your IP address, information about your browser and the page you are visiting are transmitted to Google; YouTube may also store cookies or similar technologies on your device. If you are logged in to YouTube or Google, Google may associate the visit with your account. Data may be transferred to the USA; Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis is your consent, given by clicking “Load video” (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). It applies only to the respective page view. For further information, please see Google’s privacy policy.
9. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access your stored data (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR), erasure (Art. 17 GDPR), restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR) and data portability (Art. 20 GDPR). Where we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to the processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To exercise your rights, simply contact info@kapazunderconcerts.de.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
